This is the story of the Nativity seen afresh through the eyes of young Rebecca who lives next door to Mary and Joseph. The couple’s donkey has a young one of its own which Rebecca cares for when they make the journey to Bethlehem. When the little donkey frets, Rebecca travels with it to the stable where Jesus is born, reuniting it with its mother. A touching story on the theme of Christmas and motherhood.
