Major Brassblow and Doctor Foster blow up each other's tank factory and ammunition factory to create a new cleaner city for everyone. But, do they know what they are doing? this is a story for six to ten year-olds about the rivalry between Dr Foster and Major Brassblow, two owners of weapons factories in the town of Garpen Flat. This story addresses issues such as profiting from war and the greed for possessions and power.
