Mrs Culpepper is searching for dragons. A sea dragon moves into a cave at the beach. The previous occupant had left a telephone, and the dragon sends out for pizza. One day he gets careless and dials Mrs Culpepper by mistake. Then the telephone, the children from Room 7 at Hookywalker Primary School, and Dennis the pizza deliverer come to his aid.
