Draze, Dianne
Tornquist, Amber
Notes
Creative Problem Solving is a process that allows people to apply both creative and rational thinking to find solutions to everyday problems. It is a way to enhance creative behaviour and a systematic way of organizing information and ideas in order to solve problems. It uses both convergent and divergent thinking. The six steps include sensing problems, finding facts, defining the problem, finding ideas, judging ideas, and taking action.Contents
