The worksheets in Maths Timesavers have been designed to support work in the areas of basic numeracy. The student worksheets and answer book will enable lower ability students to practise addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Features of the kit are dot-to-dot pictures in multiples of 2-9; numeracy games; developing number trees; symbols; fun ways to solve maths problems; quizzes. Can be used as warm ups; as a selected collection of worksheets for students with particular problems; for homework. Students will work in the areas of times tables, recognising and extending number patterns, identifying prime numbers and sorting numbers into factors.
