Posters to accompany Design : exploring the visual arts in years 1-6. Series designed to help teachers implement the visual arts discipline of The Arts in the New Zealand curriculum. Introduces twocontemporary New Zealand Artists and explores one of their art works. A poster set reproduces each artists featured art work, along with an image of the artist at work, an additional art work, or a combination of them both. The resource aids understanding the visual arts in context; communicating and interpreting in the visual arts; developing practical knowledge in the visual arts; and developing ideas in the visual arts.
