This book looks at unlocking the mystery of the lost Franklin expedition. Sir John Franklin led an expedition to find a north-west passage through the dangerous icy seas above Canada. The bodies of crew members lost early in the expedition were exhumed and found to contain high concentrations of lead. Could this have contributed to the deaths of the crew?
