Josh loves sports and when he hears about a triathlon coming up he is keen to enter. The only problem is, he can't swim. But Josh is determined to enter and to beat his arch rival Shane. With the help of his teacher, Josh learns to swim and as he learns he overcomes a huge psychological problem involving his twin brother.
