Connected 3 is for students working at levels 2-4 of the New Zealand Curriculum. The Connected series shows mathematics, science and technology in the context of students’ everyday lives. It is designed to appeal to students by reflecting their interests and experiences, expanding their knowledge and understanding, and engaging their imaginations. The teachers’ notes provide background information for teachers, curriculum links, and ideas for classroom discussion and activities.
