Notes
“A Nest of singing birds” is how the School Journal office was once described. The School Journal today remains a nest of writers, artists, and editors, and over the course of its history has attracted work from some of New Zealand’s greatest poets, painters and novelists. This book highlights many of the luminaries who worked for the Journal and celebrates, in words and images, the publication that, more than any other, has shaped the country we live in.Contents
