That sticky, smelly spray we all shy away from is called musk. Musk is launched through small ‘nozzles’ under a skunk’s tail. The nozzles can be directed the same way a fireman directs his hose. Wolverines have musk, too. Weasels, badgers, and otters do not. All of these animals are culled mustelids. Inspect their flexible back-bones. Compare their different lifestyles.
