Summary: In this book you will find independent activities for Years 1-8 designed to introduce and consolidate specific teaching of basic fact strategies as part of a class maths programme. The activities provide students with varied and fun ways to practise their basic fact knowledge. The activities include: daily practice sheets covering addition and subtraction individually and in combination with multiplication and division as well; and picture puzzles, crack the codes and mazes as fun activities to consolidate basic facts and to enthuse students about learning them at the same time.
