David really doesn’t want to go hiking through muddy, mosquito-infested jungle. Ten days with a bunch of bug fanatics! But his Mum thinks it will be a “mother-and-son adventure”. And David knows there is no point arguing with her.
David decides to keep a journal of his trek, and soon realises that the trek isn’t as bad as he thought it would be. He even makes an unexpected friend. Then it all goes bad - or does it?
