This manual is to be used with FRIENDS for Life : Activity Book for Children. The FRIENDS for Life programs help children, families and schools develop resilience and positive life-coping skills so that everyone can deal with whatever life throws their way. Participating in these sessions enables children, teachers and parents to learn resilience skills in a fun way - through play, games and storytelling.
