During the 2024 Christmas season, Kiwi Property shopping centers, like Northlands, offered children (aged 12 and under) a copy of "Holly's Kiwi Christmas" as a gift from Santa, a book developed by Kiwi Property in partnership with the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand.
